Current Student Transcript Request Procedures

Transcripts are free for current students.

You may click on the link below to fill out a transcript request if requesting official transcripts.

Transcript Request for Current Students - No Charge

For students under 18, please attach your legal parent or guardian's ID. Please send both attachments to Registrar's emails included on the Transcript Request form.

Adult Transcript Request Procedures

All Transcript Request forms must be filled in completely. The Transcript Forms includes instructions and procedures. You may click on any of the links below to fill in the form.

Transcript Requests for Former Students - Picking up in person (Room Q1). Note - there is a $3.00 fee for each transcript which must be paid by cash or check.
